General & Legal Safety

ParentGuard is a leading digital parenting and family safety solution. Built specifically for supervisors, it lets you monitor logs of calls, text messages, physical locations, social networking apps, and browsing patterns to protect underage children from cyber threats.

Yes. ParentGuard is fully legal when used by legal guardians to monitor minor children under their guardianship, or by business owners to track corporate devices with explicit employee consent. Monitoring devices you do not legally own without permission is illegal.

Yes, ParentGuard is designed with a stealth option that hides the application icon from the child's dashboard to prevent accidental configuration bypass or file deletion.

Installation & Setup

No. Due to Android and iOS mobile operating system restrictions, you must have physical access to the target phone for 5-10 minutes to complete initial configuration steps. Remote installation is technically impossible without local setup permissions.

To function properly, Android devices require:
  • Disabling Google Play Protect apps auto-scan.
  • Enabling installation files from Unknown Sources.
  • Granting Notification and Accessibility access.
  • Exempting the application from Battery Optimization settings.

Once configuration is complete, database synchronization begins. The first logs (contacts, location data) show up inside 10-15 minutes, provided the child's phone is connected to active internet.

Compatibility & Support

ParentGuard actively supports Android phones and tablets running Android 5.0 and above, and Apple iOS devices running iOS 11.0+. Windows desktop systems monitor is currently under private beta test and is Coming Soon.

No. ParentGuard works seamlessly without rooting Android devices or jailbreaking iOS systems, ensuring your device warranties remain safe and system files stay secured.

Yes. If the child's device loses mobile network or Wi-Fi, logs are safely cached inside protected local device storage. Once the internet connection is restored, the application automatically uploads all offline logs to the parent control panel.

Payments & Subscription

No. We respect your payment control. We never charge subscription cards automatically. We send plan renewal reminders on the 25th of the month, letting you renew manually on the dashboard.

We support payments via all major international Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and localized systems like PayKun for high convenience.
